Scope of the beta

duyat provides email-project records and template editing and storage. AI copy suggestions are optional. The demo uses example data and does not send external email.

The current beta does not offer cloud automatic sending, paid template purchases or sales, or checkout. If you use external mail or AI tools separately, review their terms and required permissions.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accounts and information you are authorized to use and protect your account access. Do not bypass authentication, access controls or usage limits, or attempt to access another person's workspace.

Do not use the service for unlawful spam, impersonation, unauthorized personal-data collection, malware, or infringement of copyright, trademarks or other rights. You are responsible for checking lawful use of recipient details and any consent and opt-out handling required for actual sending.

Content and templates

You retain rights to your own content and must have the permissions needed for the service to store, display and edit it at your request. Access to the service does not grant rights to other people's images, brands or text.

A template pack's personal-draft label describes a product state. It does not grant commercial, exclusive or resale rights, or prove a purchase. Check the rights and separate licenses for all included copy and images before sharing or selling.

Reviewing results and sending

AI suggestions and sample figures are drafts to review, not guarantees of accuracy or performance. Check copy, links, recipients, facts and rights before saving or exporting.

Browser previews do not guarantee identical display in every inbox. Delivery, opens, replies, investment or sales outcomes are not guaranteed. Validate real email using the relevant provider and receiving environment.

Operation, changes and restrictions

Beta features and limits may change or be temporarily interrupted for development, security or operational reasons. There is no separately contracted service-level or support-response commitment. Keep your own copies of important material.

Features or accounts may be restricted in response to suspected or confirmed abuse, security issues or rights infringement. To stop using the service or request account and data deletion, use the contact in the privacy policy.
